Internal & External Alterations

Scope: Change or upgrade interior spaces — walls, wall cladding/feature walls, ceilings, floors, partitions, fixtures,

Demolition: Carefully remove non-structural finishes and elements. Control dust, noise, and waste with containment, phased work, and proper disposal.

Structure: Identify load-bearing walls.

Partitions: Install stud walls or reline walls. Include sound insulation and fire stopping to meet code and client needs.

Ceilings and finishes: Replace or upgrade suspended ceilings and plasterboard. Fit acoustic or decorative treatments.

Flooring: Prepare subfloors, timber or floating floorboard installation, Provide thresholds and transitions where required.

Joinery: Supply and install fitted cabinets, reception counters, kitchens, built-ins, and shelving to the specified finishes and tolerances.

We can repair or replace weathered fences and pergolas to strengthen your property, boost curb appeal and extend their life.

Signs that it maybe time for some maintenance:
